For Saturday’s race, we need everyone to fill the parking spaces furthest from the track first so that we can get everyone in and out an orderly fashion and keep things running smoothly and on time.

– No parking on the grass in the center of the parking lot 

– No parking directly front of the school

– No parking in front of the City’s gate that “says do not block”

– No overnight camping in the park

– Please do not pull any vehicles out into the baseball field to unload,  they have a sprinkler system that is very costly.   

We will have a few parking attendants to help guide everyone.

Team tents will be first come first serve.

Please make sure that your tents or chairs are up against the tree line to keep the roadway clear for emergency vehicles.
