Cam Moore started out racing motocross. He raced until he was seven when he broke both his femurs. That’s when his mom called it quits on that sport and got him into racing BMX. The first track he ever rode was Capital City in Raleigh, North Carolina. Cam’s first serious team was Spinners/Redline. There were some heavy hitters on that team like Cole Tesar to Justin Posey. Cam says as a young kid he progressed quickly because he was always riding his bike and pushing himself. Imagine winning your first NAG number one plate in your second year of racing. When he was 14-16 he rode for Answer Rennen, 17-18 expert he rode for Haro, when he turned A pro he went to Yess and now he rides for Supercross BMX. In this episode Cam and I talk about him making the decision to go pro, racing with the elites, and racing world cups.
