USA BMX Announces Transponder Scoring for Major Classes in 2025

USA BMX is excited to announce a significant technological advancement for the 2025 National Series. After extensive development and testing, transponder scoring will be implemented for all Pro Open, SX Open, Girl Expert, and Expert class races. These classes will join the Men, Women, and Vet Pro classes in utilizing this cutting-edge technology.

Rider Responsibility:
To ensure accurate scoring, riders, and parents are responsible for the:

Purchase or update transponder subscription: Acquire a transponder or renew your existing subscription.

Mounting the transponder correctly: The transponder must be securely and properly attached to your bike’s forks.

Verifying functionality: Please ensure that your transponder is working properly before entering the track.

Further details regarding transponders will be provided in the 2025 Rulebook release. This transition to transponder scoring marks a new era for USA BMX, providing faster and more efficient results for riders and fans alike.
