The Lumberjack nationals again return to the Home of the real BMX Lumberjack (4-time No.1 Pro Gary Ellis) – River Valley BMX in Sumner, WA..
Having hosted the plenty of national events over the past four decades, Sumner has a ton to offer attendees. Practically shaded by the mass of Mt. Rainer (50 minutes away), nearby Tacoma (27 min to the west), or all of the sights of Seattle (42 minutes north), you’ll never run out of things to do or places to see once the racing has ended. Being located in Riverside Park, this is also one of the more popular races to camp out at.
Spectators welcome – bring the whole family for the fun and thrills of BMX racing. There will be a parking fee, that benefits the track.
Directions:
• From South on I-5 exit onto State Hwy 512, travel to Puyallup and then Sumner.
• From Tacoma, exit 1-5 at the Tacoma Dome onto River Road for Puyallup and then to Sumner Hwy 410.
• From State Hwy 410, exit toward Orting, take the first left onto Riverside Drive east.
• Follow Riverside Drive East one mile to Riverside Park entrance on your right.
