Have you ever broken a nipple? Well we have. At least a spoke nipple in our BMX bike. Sometimes when a spoke is tightened too tight or old or even defected, it can break. And when it breaks, you’ll hear a really annoying sound coming from inside of your wheel that almost sounds like a Little Rock bouncing around inside of your wheel.

KJ had that happen. And in this video, he shows you a couple easy tricks to troubleshoot the issue.
