Alright race fans… are you ready? July 3rd and 4th are coming up fast and it’s going to be an awesome weekend!
Let’s get to the details.
July 3rd – Oregon State Qualifier (Governor’s Cup Series Race)
In person registration begins at 12:00pm and goes until 1:30pm. Online Presign is open now until Friday, July 2nd at 5:00pm.
Practice will begin at 11:30am (see attached schedule)
Racing will start at 2:00pm barring no issues.
Cost is $25.00
July 4th – Gold Cup Qualifier (triple)
In person registration begins at 9:00am and goes until 11:00am.
Online presign is open now until Friday, July 2nd at 5:00pm.
Practice will begin at 8:30am (see practice schedule below)
Races will begin at 11:30am barring no issues.
If you wish to sign up online, go to http://www.usabmx.com. Sign-in (or create and account if you do not have one), go to Tracks. Click “Find a Track”. Go to Oregon, Find Emerald Valley BMX. Click on Schedule. Find the RED Presign button on July 3rd and 4th and follow the prompts! It truly is easy and will keep you from having to stand in a long line during these hot days!

We have six 20×20 spots available inside the fence line (designated area). Each spot is $20.00

As always, you can set up your team pop-up or canopies anywhere outside the fence line. Please be respectful to others who may need to park as parking is limited to our location.
2 PREMIUM TEAM PIT AREAS!
First straight premium team pit area. This space will include half of the spectator area on Emerald Valley BMX’s first straight! Your space includes not only the best seats in town but also an area for premium parking right behind your pits (limited 2 cars per pit crew. How do you get this spot… Well… bidding of course! Bidding starts at $100.00 per spot (2). Bid on your spot via Emerald Valley Messenger and we will let you know if you are top bidder. Bidding will end on July 2nd at 5:00pm. Top 2 bidders will receive the spot. Payment will be due via invoice Friday evening. Failure to pay will mean you forfeit to next highest bidders.
VOLUNTEERS
We always need volunteers to run these races. If you volunteer with Emerald Valley BMX, you can receive 1/2 off a riders race fees. We will also feed and water those who help us out! (Experience is greatly appreciated)

Oh and if you are hungry, concession will be serving up our favorites as well as a local favorite, Blessed Mess BBQ, will be in the house! Bring that appetite, the food is good!
